       As the Founder of Cesar Companies, I have focused on building a company known for quality craftsmanship, transparency, and exceptional customer service. Since 2018, we have earned the trust of homeowners, businesses, and institutions across Florida by delivering reliable roofing and construction solutions.

     My passion for building and creating value led me to establish Petra Construction Group, a real estate development firm, and Cesar Capital, an investment company focused on long-term growth and strategic opportunities. While each company serves a unique purpose, they all share the same foundation: integrity, accountability, innovation, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

     I am a graduate of the University of Miami, where I completed graduate-level coursework in Construction Management, Business Law, and Entrepreneurship. I hold both Florida Certified Roofing Contractor and Certified General Contractor licenses. These experiences have provided me with the leadership, technical expertise, and business perspective that guide every decision I make.
